The Fit 4 All Learning Suites

Fit 4 All is a comprehensive health and wellness program built on a behavioral science foundation to help individuals make meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes. Each Learning Suite is designed around the Fit 4 All Framework: Assessment, Planning and Goal Setting, Teaching, and Outcomes Monitoring. These individual tools offer targeted teaching in a specific area (understanding nutrition, eating healthier, exercise) and can be integrated into existing programs individually or combined for a holistic wellness experience.

FoodLight Learning

FoodLight Learning is the first publicly available Learning Suite in the Fit 4 All Program. This nutrition education suite assesses a learner’s baseline understanding of nutrition, guides the caregiver through writing up results and setting goals, and teaching how to make important nutrition decisions.

Color Your Plate

Available mid 2026! Color Your Plate applies the knowledge being built in the FoodLight Learning curriculum into daily behavior change. This nutrition program builds healthy routines, including increasing water consumption, logging and improving food choices, teaching independent food prep, and more.

FLEX

Available early 2026! The Foundations of Lifelong Exercise (FLEX) Program incorporates aerobic exercise and functional strength into a comprehensive training program.

At Fit 4 All, we give professionals evidence-based tools to make healthy eating approachable and sustainable for every client. Our nutrition curriculum incudes an innovative education approach based in relational frame theory, identifies approachable nutrition targets, and shapes healthier habits through positive reiforcement. From small daily choices to long-term goals, you’ll help clients build confidence in fueling their bodies and sustaining wellness.

Resilience

At Fit 4 All, we help professionals apply behavioral science to strengthen habits and support mental well-being. Our curriculum is grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Through the science-based approach, we will help your clients build resilience through their wellness journey.
